As a certified welding company, we plan and manufacture linings for water chambers from stainless steel sheet - individually and precisely in accordance with the local conditions. Cleanliness and care when lining with stainless steel sheets and in the welding of the individual components have top priority here. Our experienced installation technicians know what is important and they know their trade. We offer you the full-surface lining of round or angular water chambers with stainless steel sheet, and we carry out the necessary weld seam tests ourselves with our trained specialist personnel.

Our plants for the purification and treatment of sewage gas reliably complete an important and necessary process to make the unpurified and moist sewage gas available for further use, for example for combustion in a CHP unit or boiler.

Gas treatment begins with dehumidification of the sewage gas, which is achieved by cooling in a gas cooler. By using a demister, even the smallest water droplets are separated out of the gas flow. Subsequently, a sophisticated system drains the precipitated condensate water from the process in a gas-tight system. For further purification of the sewage gas, it is necessary to heat the sewage gas with a gas heater, resulting in an increase in its relative humidity. With the parameters now optimally set, the sewage gas is passed through one or more activated carbon filters, which clean the sewage gas of hydrogen sulphide, siloxanes and VOCs. The sewage gas is now cleaned and treated and can be made available for further processes.
